1&2 – 30:13
This aya refers to the hour, the ‘partners’ will not able to intercede or faciliate and they will reject their partners.
A very interesting phraseology is used here , wa lam yakun lahum (and His Being is not for them), showing that it takes Allah’s being to give intercession/facilitation on the day account.
3 – 30:28
The example of assigning partners to Allah is equivalent to human beings making those whom they have righteous dominion over as their equals. Clearly this isn’t a fair thing to do.
4- 30:31
In this aya, being one who turns back to Allah and is preservant against Him and establishes the connection of the previous verse helps free us from our essence being of the associators.

5- 30:33
Here, the quality of being one who turns to Him (munibeena ilaihi) is contrasted to being people who constantly do shirk.
Here, the quality of being one who turns to Him (munibeena ilaihi) is contrasted to being people who constantly do shirk.
6- 30:35
Here the activity of tatakallam (to conceptualise on an essential level maybe) is equated with doing constant shirk.,
7&8- 30:40
Here Allah’s role in our evolution and sustenance and our death and life is mentioned in contrast to our partners (those whom we take as enablers of that process) .
9- 30:42
The end of most civilisations is due to their shirk.
