إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ أَلا لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
The context of this is after the entrance into the ideal state (from the passage beginning 7/35). 7/52 mentions a book which is detailed. 7/53 talks about waiting for the results or outcome. Then we come to 7/54 which speaks of the creation of the heavens and the earth in sittah periods and equilibriates upon the throne. One of the elements created is the sun, which symbolise the source of light (and thus life) in every field of consciousness which the book of 7/52 governs. All of these are under the command of Allah ultimately.
