70-75 & 9/1-22 (where Anfal blends into Tawba): the nabi’s management of the believers’ space (masjid alharam) and the ultimate level of masjid (masajid Allah).
9/23-27: seventh call to those who believed. To manage their alliances and to gain ‘returnment’.
28-33: eighth call to those who believed. On conflicting with those who reject the system of peace. Describes their psychology and social structure
34-37: ninth call to those who believed. The distractions from the path of Allah and the signs towards recalibrating towards the path
38-72: tenth call to those who believed. Details of the system’s operation. Going forth in the world as well as economic policies
73-118: call to the nabi once again. On administration of the system as well as personalities within it.
119-122: eleventh call to those who believed. to become confirmers and to reinforce the system
123-127: twelfth call to those who believed, to guard themselves and to be organic in terms of discourse being descended
128-129: closing remarks. Returning to Allah and the messenger.
