1- 52:43 أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ In this verse, an explicit link is made between an ilah/god other than Allah and shirk. Allah is ‘glorified’ above their continous shirk.
