7:145
وَكَتَبْنَا لَهُ فِي الأَلْوَاحِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَوْعِظَةً وَتَفْصِيلا لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَخُذْهَا بِقُوَّةٍ وَأْمُرْ قَوْمَكَ يَأْخُذُوا بِأَحْسَنِهَا سَأُرِيكُمْ دَارَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
Next Allah wrote upon musa the tablets (representing the stabilised text ofthe Quran) which represented every elucidation. He is to take them with power and take the best of it. Allah will personally show the home of those who refuse to strive.
